Women with Whom Nikah is Halal

Besides those women mentioned earlier with whom nikah is haram, other women are halal for you.

For example: paternal uncle's daughter, maternal aunt's daughter, maternal uncle's daughter, wives of paternal and maternal uncles after their death or after divorce, wife of adopted son when he divorces her or passes away.

Provided that these mentioned categories are not mahram through any other relationship.

Nikah with the wife's sister is halal after the wife's death.

If there is no ability for equality and justice among more than one wife, then suffice with only one wife.

Marrying more than one is permissible and appropriate only when one can maintain equality among all wives according to shariah and observe all their rights. If there is no ability for this, then keep only one wife.

Although the noble quran has permitted keeping up to 4 women in nikah, and marriages done within this limit will be valid and permissible, but in case of multiple wives, establishing justice and equality among them is wajib, and acting contrary to this is a grave sin.

Rasool kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam strongly emphasized complete equality and justice between all wives, warned severely against acting contrary to this, and also clarified it through his own practice.

Rather, rasool kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam used to maintain equality even in matters where equality is not obligatory.

In one hadith nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, "Whoever has two women in his nikah and cannot do equality and justice in their rights, he will be raised on qayamat in such a state that one of his sides will be fallen." Mishkaat, 278

However, this equality is necessary in matters that are within a person's control, for example equality in maintenance, equality in night-stay.

As for the matter that is not in a person's control, for example inclination of the heart being more toward someone, there is no accountability for this non-voluntary matter, provided its effect does not fall on voluntary matters.

Rasool kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam himself, along with establishing complete equality in voluntary matters, submitted in the court of haq ta'ala, "O allah, this is my equal distribution in those things that are in my control. Now do not hold me accountable for that thing which is in Your control and not in my control."
