Punishment delays despite our rebellion
Muslims allah loves us very much. He wants every moment that someone seeks forgiveness. Someone serves my deen. Someone runs toward me so i run toward him. But alas we became rebels. We became rebels against our own allah. What allah told us we did not do, we did everything else.
Allah said do not look at non mehram but we do not obey.
Allah said stay away from alcohol, gambling, betting and all shaitani acts. Just like pig meat is haram, likewise gambling and betting are also haram. If someone tells us to eat pig we say we are muslim. But where does this iman go when we do gambling, betting and drinking.
Allah made all this haram but we did not listen. We kept following our nafs until our colonies became rebels of allah. Our localities became rebels of allah. Our cities became rebels of allah. Our lives became rebels of allah. Our children and wives became rebels of allah. It is only the dua of my nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam that o allah do not send collective punishment on my ummah, do not destroy all together, otherwise we would have drowned long ago.
Today what evil is not in us.
Today we have all those evils which were in previous ummahs. And allah gave those ummahs painful punishments.
Thinking this, it comes to mind again and again that if this ummah was not the last ummah, allah’s punishment would have come long ago.
My dear muslim brothers, sisters and friends, for allah’s sake try to feel the restlessness of nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam. Feel his crying. Feel his grief. Feel his anguish. The nabi who swelled his eyes crying for our forgiveness. Why don’t you remember the 4.5 hours continuous dua in the intense heat of arafat field muslims. Why don’t you remember the crying of nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam. He could have gone to jannah, what worry did he have. But he did not consider his life a life only for me and you. Did not see day, did not see night, every time only one call came ya rabbi ummati ummati, ya rabbi ummati ummati. Alas we left the sunnahs of such a nabi.
He got his uncle martyred.
Got his caliphs martyred.
Got his grandsons martyred.
For allah’s sake try to understand his restlessness. Feel his anguish, his humility muslims. Yesterday he remembered us when we did not exist. But today when our turn came to work for deen, everyone is busy making his own life.
If someone did so much for even an animal, it would be loyal. But we muslims never even felt.
No nabi cried for his ummah as much as beloved master sallallahu alayhi wasallam cried.
No nabi was given as much pain as beloved master sallallahu alayhi wasallam was given.
Beloved nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam cried so much that allah himself had to say my beloved do not cry so much that you destroy yourself, that your own life goes.
On my nabi’s crying there are almost 100 plus verses in which allah consoled nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam that my beloved do not cry so much, do not put yourself in destruction, lest your own life goes.
Hazrat ibraheem alaihissalaam said ya allah whoever obeys me is mine, and whoever disobeys me, it is your will, you forgive or punish.
Hazrat isa alaihissalaam said ya allah you punish, your will, you leave, your will, you do what you want, these are your servants. Muslims, these two nabis left their ummahs on allah, that you catch or leave.
But my and your nabi only said o allah forgive my ummah, ya allah forgive my ummah. Just saying these words he cried so much, cried so much that jibreel alaihissalaam came and asked ya rasoolullah, allah is asking why are you crying so much.
But today’s senseless muslim became so far from that nabi as if he did not come for us.
Today’s muslim does not even know which nabi he is disobeying.
Today i am saying these things so today’s youth know whom they are disobeying, to whom they are being disloyal. They realize whose sunnahs they are trampling. When a song listener listens to a song, he should know whom he is hurting.
When a beard shaver puts a razor on his beard, he should know whose chest he is running a razor on.
When a fornicator commits zina, he should know whose haya he is violating.
When a liar lies, he should know whom he is disobeying.
When a disobedient to parents shouts at his mother father, oppresses them and glares, he should know whose character he is mocking.
The married one who runs after zina should know whose deen he is staining, whose haya he is violating.
The drinker, gambler and fornicator and spreader of indecency should know which nabi he is announcing rebellion against. Aula laka fa aula, summa aula laka fa aula. Today for gambling and betting, for haram earning morsels, duas are being made to allah that ya allah make my number win.
Alas my brothers, allah has treasures of halal earning. Ask him for halal, he will give so much halal that you will not need haram inshaallah.
Just surrender yourself to him. You serve his deen, then allah will give you your world and hereafter like a gift kept on a plate is given to someone.
For allah’s sake my brothers recognize rab, recognize his nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam. If jannah was gained only by verbal declaration of kalma, then sahaba raz would not have cried in their night prayers. Hazrat ali raziallahu ta'ala anhu had his own prayer every night. Who is ali. That ali whose hand nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam held and said ali your house in jannah will be in front of my house. This is that ali who is fourth in khulfa e rashideen and also comes in ashra e mubashsharah that allah’s nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam gave 10 sahaba raziallahu ta'ala anhum glad tidings of jannah, gave them jannah’s certificate. After getting all this he should have sat at ease, and celebrated that my work is done, where is the worship now. But that lion of allah ali raziyallahu anhu had prayer every night. He would cry and say, ya allah my age is very short, and journey is very long. Ya allah if you do not do mercy then we will be destroyed. Save us from hell allah, save us from hell. And the whole night would pass just crying like this.
These are those sahaba raz with whom allah rabbul izzat became pleased and put before their names radhiallahu anhum wa radhu anh.
