The Hidden Agendas Behind the War in Gaza: Understanding the Crisis, Politics, and Human Suffering

The ongoing tragedy in Gaza has become one of the most painful humanitarian crises of modern times. Thousands of innocent civilians, including children, women, and elderly people, have lost their lives. Homes have been destroyed, hospitals attacked, schools reduced to rubble, and entire families displaced. Across the Muslim world and beyond, people continue to ask: Why is this happening? What are the political agendas behind the suffering of Gaza? Who benefits from the continuation of this conflict?

For decades, the people of Gaza have lived under siege, fear, and occupation. The situation is not only a military conflict but also a political, economic, and ideological struggle that affects the entire Middle East. Many Muslims believe that powerful Zionist groups and Israeli occupation authorities have long-term plans regarding Palestine, especially Jerusalem and Masjid Al-Aqsa.

However, while discussing these matters, it is important to distinguish between political Zionism, state policies, and ordinary Jewish people. Islam teaches justice and fairness. The Qur’an does not permit hatred against an entire race or religion because of the actions of some individuals. The issue is oppression, occupation, injustice, and the killing of innocent people — not ethnicity itself.

Gaza: A Land Under Siege

Gaza is a small strip of land where more than two million Palestinians live. For many years, Gaza has faced blockades, shortages of food, electricity cuts, restrictions on medicine, and repeated military operations. International human rights organizations have repeatedly described the conditions in Gaza as extremely difficult.

Children grow up surrounded by war. Many have never experienced a normal childhood. They hear explosions instead of school bells. They see destroyed homes instead of playgrounds. Families struggle daily to find clean water, food, and medical treatment.

Despite these hardships, the people of Gaza continue to show remarkable patience and resilience. Their faith in Allah gives them strength even in the darkest moments.

Political Goals Behind the Conflict

Many analysts believe that the conflict in Gaza is not only about security but also about political control and territorial expansion. Some of the commonly discussed political objectives include:

1. Weakening Palestinian Resistance

One major goal often discussed is the weakening of Palestinian resistance groups. Military operations are frequently justified under the claim of “security,” but critics argue that the broader aim is to break the spirit of resistance among Palestinians.

The repeated destruction of infrastructure, targeting of communication systems, and restrictions on economic growth create conditions that make survival itself difficult.

2. Control Over Jerusalem and Masjid Al-Aqsa

For Muslims, is the third holiest site in Islam. Many Palestinians and Muslims worldwide fear that gradual political and demographic changes in Jerusalem aim to reduce the Islamic identity of the city.

Over the years, tensions around Al-Aqsa have increased due to restrictions, raids, and controversial political statements. Because of this, many Muslims see the struggle for Palestine as deeply connected to the protection of Islamic holy sites.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

“And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and for the oppressed among men, women, and children…” — Surah An-Nisa (4:75)

This verse reminds Muslims about standing against oppression and supporting the weak.

3. Expansion of Settlements

Many international observers criticize the continued expansion of settlements in Palestinian territories. Palestinians argue that this gradually reduces their land and limits the possibility of an independent Palestinian state.

Critics say that expanding settlements changes the demographics and geography of the region, making long-term peace more difficult.

4. Dividing the Muslim World

Another widely discussed concern is the political fragmentation of Muslim nations. While Gaza suffers, many Muslim countries remain divided politically and economically. Some observers believe that keeping Muslim nations weak and divided benefits global powers and allows the Palestinian issue to remain unresolved.

The Qur’an warns believers against division:

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.” — Surah Aal-e-Imran (3:103)

Unity among Muslims has always been considered essential for justice and stability.

Media Narratives and Information Warfare

Modern wars are not fought only with weapons. They are also fought through media narratives. Different media outlets present the conflict in very different ways. Some focus heavily on Israeli security concerns, while others highlight Palestinian civilian suffering.

Social media has changed the landscape dramatically. Videos from Gaza now reach millions of people instantly. Images of injured children, destroyed hospitals, and grieving families have influenced public opinion worldwide.

Many people believe that information control is an important part of the conflict. Competing narratives shape international responses, diplomatic relations, and public sympathy.

At the same time, misinformation spreads quickly online. Therefore, Muslims are encouraged to verify information carefully before sharing it.

Allah says:

“O you who believe, if a sinful person comes to you with information, verify it…” — Surah Al-Hujurat (49:6)

This verse teaches responsibility in communication and media sharing.

Economic Interests and Global Politics

Wars are often connected to economic and geopolitical interests. The Middle East remains strategically important because of trade routes, political influence, and regional power struggles.

Some experts argue that instability in the region benefits arms industries and political alliances. Military aid, weapons deals, and international partnerships all play a role in shaping the conflict.

Palestinians often feel abandoned because global powers sometimes prioritize strategic interests over human rights concerns.

At the same time, humanitarian organizations continue to call for ceasefires, protection of civilians, and unrestricted aid access.

The Human Cost of War

Behind every political discussion are real human beings.

Mothers searching for their children under rubble.

Fathers unable to protect their families.

Children living without food, water, or safety.

Hospitals overwhelmed with injured civilians.

Entire neighborhoods erased within moments.

The humanitarian suffering in Gaza cannot be ignored. Regardless of politics, every innocent life matters. Islam teaches the sanctity of human life.

The Qur’an says:

“Whoever kills an innocent person…it is as if he has killed all mankind.” — Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:32)

This principle emphasizes the value of every human life.

The Role of the Muslim Ummah

Many Muslims feel emotional pain when they see the suffering of Gaza. Across the world, people raise donations, make dua, organize protests, and spread awareness online.

Supporting oppressed people can take many forms:

  • Making sincere dua
  • Donating to trusted humanitarian organizations
  • Raising awareness responsibly
  • Boycotting products when done peacefully and lawfully
  • Educating others about Palestinian history
  • Promoting unity within the Muslim Ummah

The Prophet said:

“The believers, in their mutual mercy, compassion, and sympathy, are like one body.” — Sahih Muslim

This hadith reminds Muslims that the pain of one part of the Ummah affects the whole community.

Avoiding Hatred and Injustice

While criticizing oppression and occupation, Muslims must avoid hatred toward entire communities or religions. Islam does not allow injustice even against enemies.

The Qur’an says:

“Do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness.” — Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:8)

This is an important Islamic principle. The conflict should not become an excuse for racism, antisemitism, or hatred against ordinary Jewish people. Many Jewish individuals and organizations around the world have also spoken against violence and supported Palestinian rights.

The focus must remain on justice, human rights, dignity, and ending oppression.

Why Gaza Remains Important for Muslims

Gaza and Palestine are not only political issues for Muslims; they are also emotional and spiritual matters connected to faith, justice, and Masjid Al-Aqsa. The suffering of Palestinians continues to affect millions of people around the world.

Today, the world needs peace based on justice, protection of innocent civilians, humanitarian aid, and sincere efforts to end oppression and bloodshed.

In the end, every Muslim should continue making dua for the oppressed people of Gaza:

“May Allah protect the people of Gaza, grant them patience and strength, protect Masjid Al-Aqsa, and bring peace and justice to Palestine. Ameen.”

ROMAN URDU

The Hidden Agendas Behind the War in Gaza: Understanding the Crisis, Politics, and Human Suffering

Gaza ka musalsal tragedy aaj ke daur ki sab se dardnaak insani bohrano me se ek ban chuka hai. Hazaron begunah civilians, jin me bachche, auratein aur buzurg shamil hain, apni jaan gawa chuke hain. Ghar tabah kar diye gaye, hospitals par hamle huwe, schools malbe ka dher ban gaye aur poori poori families beghar ho gayi. Muslim duniya aur dusre mumalik ke log lagatar yeh sawal kar rahe hain: Aakhir Gaza me yeh sab kyun ho raha hai? Gaza ki takleef ke peeche kaun se siyasi agendas hain? Is conflict ke jari rehne se kis ko faida ho raha hai?

Kai dahaiyon se Gaza ke log muhassare, khauf aur occupation ke neeche zindagi guzar rahe hain. Yeh sirf military conflict nahi balki siyasi, maashi aur nazriyati struggle bhi hai jo poore Middle East ko mutasir karti hai. Bohat se Musalman yeh mante hain ke powerful Zionist groups aur Israeli occupation authorities ka Palestine aur khas taur par Jerusalem aur Masjid Al-Aqsa ke hawale se ek lambi muddat ka plan raha hai.

Lekin in mamlaat par baat karte waqt yeh baat samajhna bohat zaroori hai ke political Zionism, state policies aur aam Yahoodi logon me farq kiya jaye. Islam insaf aur adal ki taleem deta hai. Qur’an kisi poori qaum ya mazhab se nafrat ki ijazat nahi deta sirf is liye ke kuch log zulm karte hain. Asal masla occupation, oppression, na-insafi aur begunah logon ke qatl ka hai — kisi nasal ya mazhab ka nahi.

Gaza: Muhassare Me Ghira Hua Ilaqa

Wo school bells ki jagah dhamakon ki awaaz sunte hain. Playground ki jagah tabah ghar dekhte hain. Families rozana pani, khana aur medical treatment ke liye struggle karti hain.

In tamam mushkilaat ke bawajood Gaza ke log sabr aur himmat ka muzahira kar rahe hain. Unka Allah par yaqeen unko mushkil waqt me bhi mazboot rakhta hai.

Jang Ke Peeche Siyasi Maqasid

Kai analysts yeh mante hain ke Gaza ka conflict sirf security ka masla nahi balki siyasi control aur territorial expansion ka bhi masla hai.

1. Palestinian Resistance Ko Kamzor Karna

Ek bara maqsad Palestinian resistance groups ko kamzor karna mana jata hai. Military operations ko aksar “security” ke naam par justify kiya jata hai lekin critics ka kehna hai ke asal maqsad Palestinians ke resistance ko todna hai.

Infrastructure ki tabahi, communication systems ko nuksan aur maashi pabandiyan zindagi ko mushkil bana deti hain.

2. Jerusalem Aur Masjid Al-Aqsa Par Control

Musalmano ke liye Islam ka teesra sab se muqaddas maqam hai. Bohat se Palestinians aur duniya bhar ke Musalman yeh khauf rakhte hain ke Jerusalem ki Islami pehchan ko dheere dheere kamzor karne ki koshish ki ja rahi hai.

Saalon se Al-Aqsa ke gird tensions me izafa hota raha hai. Restrictions, raids aur controversial siyasi bayanat ne Musalmano ki fikr ko aur barha diya hai. Isi liye kai Musalman Palestine ki struggle ko Islamic holy sites ke tahaffuz se jor kar dekhte hain.

Allah Qur’an me farmata hai:

“Aur tumhe kya ho gaya hai ke tum Allah ki raah me aur un kamzor mardon, auraton aur bachchon ke liye ladayi nahi karte…” — Surah An-Nisa (4:75)

Yeh ayat mazloomon ki himayat aur zulm ke khilaf khare hone ka paigham deti hai.

3. Settlements Ka Phelao

Kai international observers Israeli settlements ke musalsal phelao par tanqeed karte hain. Palestinians ka kehna hai ke is se unki zameen dheere dheere kam hoti ja rahi hai aur mustaqbil me azaad Palestinian state ka khwab mushkil hota ja raha hai.

Critics ke mutabiq settlements ka phelao region ki geography aur demographics ko tabdeel karta hai jis se long-term peace aur mushkil ho jati hai.

4. Muslim Duniya Ko Taqseem Karna

Ek aur concern jo aksar discuss hota hai wo Muslim countries ki siyasi fragmentation hai. Gaza ki tabahi ke bawajood Muslim duniya mukammal tor par muttahid nazar nahi aati. Kai observers mante hain ke Muslim nations ko kamzor aur divided rakhna kuch global powers ke liye faidemand hai.

Qur’an me Allah farmata hai:

“Aur sab mil kar Allah ki rassi ko mazbooti se pakro aur tafarruq me mat paro.” — Surah Aal-e-Imran (3:103)

Media Narratives Aur Information Warfare

Aaj ki jang sirf hathiyaron se nahi balki media narratives ke zariye bhi ladi jati hai. Mukhtalif media outlets conflict ko mukhtalif andaz me pesh karte hain. Kuch Israeli security concerns par focus karte hain jabke kuch Palestinian civilians ki suffering ko highlight karte hain.

Social media ne poori surat-e-haal ko badal diya hai. Gaza ki videos aur tasaveer foran duniya bhar me phail jati hain. Zakhmi bachchon aur tabah gharon ki tasaveer public opinion ko mutasir karti hain.

Lekin misinformation bhi bohat tezi se phailti hai. Isi liye Islam hame tasdeeq ke baghair har baat share karne se rokta hai.

Allah farmata hai:

“Aye imaan walon, agar koi fasiq tumhare paas koi khabar laaye to uski tahqiq kar liya karo…” — Surah Al-Hujurat (49:6)

Maashi Mafadaat Aur Global Politics

Middle East hamesha se siyasi aur maashi tor par aham raha hai. Trade routes, siyasi influence aur regional power struggles is conflict ko aur pecheeda bana dete hain.

Kai experts mante hain ke region ki instability kuch global powers aur arms industries ke liye faidemand hoti hai. Weapons deals aur siyasi alliances bhi jang ko asar انداز karte hain.

Palestinians ko aksar mehsoos hota hai ke duniya ki bari taqatein insani huqooq se zyada apne siyasi mafadaat ko ahmiyat deti hain.

Jang Ki Insani Qeemat

Har siyasi behas ke peeche asal me insani zindagiyan hoti hain.

Maaen apne bachchon ko malbe me dhoond rahi hain.

Baap apne ghar walon ko bachane me majboor nazar aate hain.

Bachche bhook aur khauf ke darmiyan zindagi guzar rahe hain.

Hospitals injured logon se bhar chuke hain.

Poore ke poore ilaqe tabah kar diye gaye hain.

Islam har begunah jaan ki hurmat sikhata hai.

Qur’an me farmaya gaya:

“Jis ne ek begunah ko qatl kiya goya us ne poori insaniyat ko qatl kiya.” — Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:32)

Muslim Ummah Ka Kirdar

Duniya bhar ke Musalman Gaza ki takleef ko apni takleef samajhte hain. Log donations kar rahe hain, duaen kar rahe hain, awareness campaigns chala rahe hain aur protests organize kar rahe hain.

Mazloomon ki madad kai tareeqon se ki ja sakti hai:

  • Dil se dua karna
  • Trustworthy organizations ko donate karna
  • Awareness phelana
  • Palestine ki history ko samajhna aur dusron ko batana
  • Muslim unity ko promote karna

ne farmaya:

“Momin ek jism ki tarah hain, agar ek hissa takleef me ho to poora jism takleef mehsoos karta hai.” — Sahih Muslim

Nafrat Aur Na-Insafi Se Bachna Zaroori Hai

Zulm ke khilaf awaaz uthana zaroori hai lekin Islam kisi poori qaum ya mazhab se nafrat ki taleem nahi deta.

Qur’an me Allah farmata hai:

“Kisi qaum ki dushmani tumhe insaf chhor dene par amada na kare. Insaf karo, ye taqwa ke zyada qareeb hai.” — Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:8)

Is liye hame oppression aur injustice ke khilaf baat karni chahiye, na ke kisi poore mazhab ya qaum ke khilaf nafrat phelani chahiye.

Gaza Musalmano Ke Liye Kyun Aham Hai

Gaza aur Palestine ka masla sirf zameen ka nahi balki insaf, aqeedah aur insaniyat ka bhi masla hai. Masjid Al-Aqsa ki muhabbat har Musalman ke dil me maujood hai. Isi liye Gaza ki takleef duniya bhar ke Musalmano ko mutasir karti hai.

Aaj zarurat is baat ki hai ke duniya insani bunyadon par khari ho. Begunah logon ki jaan bachayi jaye, ceasefire ho, aid pohanchayi jaye aur insaf ki bunyad par aman qayam kiya jaye.

Aakhir me har Musalman ko Gaza ke mazloomon ke liye dua karni chahiye:

“Ya Allah, Gaza ke mazloom bhai behno ki hifazat farma. Unko sabr, himmat aur madad ata farma. Masjid Al-Aqsa ki hifazat farma aur poori ummah ko ittehad ata farma. Ameen.”
