Consider Everyone as Your Own
Consider everyone as your own.
The biggest loss of this work is from hearts being broken.
One important point, do not stop people from going to dargah etc, rather say to him like this: brother these are pious elders, if you are going to them then go as pious,
Do wudu, make dua before Allah, and say that visiting graves is good. And then say that this happens in this masjid too, meaning our masjid, you also try to come.
Consider everyone as your own, no matter which school he belongs to.
The Prophet, peace be upon him, even considered a munafiq as his own.
We should think like this: how can I save him from Hell.
Make Allah accept the work you have done.
Make dua for everyone. The one who has envy in his heart will not ask for dua.
For the one you feel envy toward, mention his name and make even more dua for him.
*This is Allah’s work*
No one can do work according to his own ability.
It is Allah’s way of taking work, He will take work from the one who fulfills Allah’s commands.
Workers have two responsibilities.
Individual and collective. Individual with Allah. Collective with the ummah.
An imam is not only one who leads 4 rakats, rather an imam is the leader of deen.
Allah’s help is with sunnahs.
Sunnah of dawah.
What was the temperament of your dawah?
The work of dawah will run on the temperament of prophethood.
What is the sunnah of dawah? Your dawah had generality. To grow the work from the lower class, this is sunnah.
These classes will become apostate first: poverty, ignorance, idleness.
The more you work in the lower class, the more inclination you will have.
*Temperament of dawah*
Giving dawah to every individual. This is the temperament of dawah.
In the temperament of a da’i there should be softness and broadness.
From narrow-mindedness sects are formed, not the ummah.
Greeting only those you know, this is a sign of the Day of Judgment.
We should have great broadness within us. We do not know any class, we want the whole ummah.
The patience of a da’i is wider than his grave.
In this path unpleasantness will come. Whoever does not bear unpleasantness is not ready to do the work of the prophets.
This unpleasantness is the unpleasantness of prophethood. In the temperament of a da’i there is broadness.
Whoever passes through unpleasantness will reach the truth.
In the temperament of workers there should be overlooking.
Whoever wrongs you, you forgive him.
*Temperament of prophethood*
Hide the weaknesses of companions.
Someone said to Hazrat Umar, may Allah be pleased with him: our daughter committed zina and now some people have come with a proposal for the girl. Now there is a fault in the girl, what should we do.
Hazrat Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said: if you disclose this matter, I will give you a very severe punishment.
To take saathis along despite their weaknesses, this is a matter of a big heart.
If a saathi makes a mistake, remember his sacrifices.
For the saathi who commits a breach of principle, every saathi should seek forgiveness.
If a saathi troubles you, you overlook him.
Take your saathis along at any cost.
If any condition comes upon a saathi, share his condition.
Those in whose hearts there is desire for profit from the ummah or from a saathi, Allah will not take work from them.
