Morning Adhkar
The morning is a precious gift from Allah سبحانه وتعالى and a new opportunity to draw closer to Him. A believer begins the day with the remembrance of Allah, seeking His mercy, protection, guidance, and blessings. The Prophet ﷺ taught many beautiful supplications and words of remembrance that bring peace to the heart and barakah to the entire day.
اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ
O Allah, by Your leave we enter the morning, by Your leave we enter the evening, by Your leave we live and by Your leave we die, and to You is the resurrection.
رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ نَبِيًّا
I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion, and Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet.
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs the kingdom and all praise, and He has power over all things.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the Name of Allah, with whose Name nothing in the earth or the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
I seek Allah’s forgiveness and repent to Him.
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ...
O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no deity worthy of worship except You. You created me and I am Your servant...
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad ﷺ and the family of Muhammad ﷺ.
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
Glory and praise belong to Allah.
The believer who starts the day with these Adhkar places his trust in Allah, seeks His protection, and fills his heart with faith and gratitude. Morning remembrance is not merely a routine; it is a source of strength, tranquility, and success in both this world and the Hereafter.
May Allah ﷻ grant us the ability to remember Him abundantly every morning and make our days filled with His mercy, guidance, and blessings. Ameen.
ROMAN URDU TRANSLATION
Subah Ke Azkar
Subah ka waqt Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se ek azeem ne'mat hai. Ye nayi umeedon, nayi barkaton aur Allah ke qareeb hone ka mauqa lekar aata hai. Ek momin apne din ka aaghaz Allah ki yaad, uski hamd-o-sana aur duaoon ke sath karta hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne hamein aise azkar aur duaein sikhayi hain jo dil ko sukoon, zindagi ko barkat aur insaan ko Allah ki hifazat ata karti hain.
اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ
Allahumma bika asbahna wa bika amsayna wa bika nahya wa bika namootu wa ilaykan nushur.
اللَّهُمَّ رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ نَبِيًّا
Razeetu billahi Rabban wa bil Islami deenan wa bi Muhammadin ﷺ Nabiyyan.
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shay'in qadeer.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Bismillahil lazi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil ardi wa la fis sama'i wa huwas Samee'ul Aleem.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
Allahumma inni as'alukal afwa wal afiyata fid dunya wal akhirah.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'oozu bikalimatillahit tammati min sharri ma khalaq.
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullaha wa atoobu ilayh.
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ...
Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana abduka...
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala aali Muhammad.
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi.
Jo shakhs apni subah Allah ke zikr se shuru karta hai, Allah Ta'ala uske din mein barkat, sukoon aur hifazat ata farmata hai. Azkar sirf alfaaz nahi, balkeh momin aur uske Rab ke darmiyan mazboot ta'alluq ka zariya hain. Is liye har roz subah in azkar ko apni zindagi ka hissa banayein aur apne ghar walon ko bhi iski targheeb dein.
Allah Ta'ala hamein kasrat se apna zikr karne wala banaye, hamare dilon ko iman se roshan rakhe aur hamare din ko khair-o-barkat se bhar de. Aameen.
