*Arabic:*  

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ


*Transliteration:*  

*"Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a’udhu bika minal-‘ajzi wal-kasali, wa a’udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa a’udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal."*


*Translation:*  

“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, and from being overcome by debt and overpowered by people.”

This dua is from a *Hadith in Sahih Bukhari (Vol. 8, Book 75, Hadith 380)* and *Sunan Abi Dawood*.


*Explanation:*  

This powerful dua was taught by the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) as a way to deal with emotional, physical, and financial stress. It covers:

- *Mental stress*: Anxiety & sorrow  

- *Personal weakness*: Laziness & inability

- *Material stress*: Debt and people’s oppression

*عربی:*

"اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں غم اور پریشانی سے، عاجزی اور سستی سے، بزدلی اور کنجوسی سے، قرض کے بوجھ اور لوگوں کے ظلم سے۔"


*ماخذ:*  

یہ دعا صحیح بخاری اور سنن ابی داؤد کی حدیث میں موجود ہے۔


*وضاحت:*  

یہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کی سکھائی ہوئی جامع دعا ہے جو ہر قسم کے ذہنی، جسمانی اور مالی دباؤ سے بچنے کے لیے بہترین ہے۔ اس میں:

- *دل کی پریشانیاں*: غم و فکر  

- *ذاتی کمزوریاں*: سستی، کم ہمتی  

- *مالی بوجھ*: قرض  

- *لوگوں کے ظلم*: معاشرتی دباؤ  

سب شامل ہیں۔


روزانہ یہ دعا پڑھنے سے دل کو سکون، طاقت اور امید ملتی ہے۔

*Gham aur Tension Door Karne Ki Dua:*


*Arabic:*  

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ...


*Transliteration:*  

*"Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a’udhu bika minal-‘ajzi wal-kasali, wa a’udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa a’udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal."*


*Tarjuma:*

"Aey Allah! Main tujh se panaah maangta hoon gham aur pareshani se, kamzori aur susti se, buzdili aur kanjoosi se, qarz ke bojh aur logon ke zulm se."


*Wazahat:*  

Ye Nabi ﷺ ki sikhayi hui bohot hi azeem aur mukammal dua hai. Har tarah ki pareshani ka hal is mein hai:

- Zihni pareshani: gham, fikar  

- Jismani: susti, kamzori  

- Maashi: qarz  

- Muashrati: logon ka dabao


Is dua ko rozana parhne se dil halka hota hai aur sukoon milta hai.
