*📘 Phone Nikah Without Family – Is It Valid?*
*🔹 In English:*
In Islam, a nikah (marriage) must fulfill certain *essential conditions* to be valid:
1. *Ijab-o-Qabool (Offer & Acceptance)* from both parties in one sitting.
2. *Two reliable Muslim adult male witnesses*, or one male and two females.
3. The *presence of a wali (guardian)* is necessary for the girl in *Shafi’i, Maliki, and Hanbali* schools, and recommended (but not obligatory) in *Hanafi* school.
4. The nikah must be free of secrecy and deception.
*Using the Qur'an as a “witness”* does not fulfill the requirement of actual human witnesses. A book (even the Qur’an) cannot replace the role of living witnesses in Shariah.
If the nikah is done *only between boy and girl* over the phone, without proper *witnesses* and *wali*, and without the knowledge of families, then:
*Conclusion:*
Such a nikah is *not valid* in Islam. A secret marriage without the presence of required witnesses or wali (in most schools of thought) is considered void.

اسلام میں نکاح کے لیے چند اہم شرائط ہیں:
1. لڑکا اور لڑکی کا ایجاب و قبول (ایک مجلس میں)۔
2. دو معتبر مسلمان بالغ مرد گواہ، یا ایک مرد اور دو عورتیں۔
3. لڑکی کے لیے ولی کی موجودگی (شافعی، مالکی، حنبلی فقہ میں فرض ہے،
4. نکاح کو خفیہ رکھنا شرعاً پسندیدہ نہیں۔
*قرآن کو گواہ بنانا* شرعی گواہوں کی جگہ نہیں لے سکتا۔ کتاب (خواہ قرآن ہی کیوں نہ ہو) انسانوں کے قائم مقام نہیں ہو سکتی۔
اگر نکاح صرف فون پر لڑکا لڑکی کے درمیان ہو، اور نہ کوئی گواہ ہو، نہ ولی، نہ گھر والوں کی اجازت یا علم، تو:
*نتیجہ:*
ایسا نکاح *شرعاً باطل* ہے۔ کیونکہ اس میں نہ شرعی گواہ موجود ہیں، نہ ولی، اور نہ ہی نکاح کو اعلان کیا گیا ہے۔

Islam mein nikah ke liye kuch zaroori shara'it hain:
1. Ladka aur ladki ka ijab-o-qabool ek hi majlis mein.
2. Do baaligh aur adil Muslim mard gawah, ya ek mard aur do auratein.
3. Ladki ke liye wali ka hona (Shafi’i, Maliki, Hanbali fiqh mein fard hai; Hanafi mein mustahab hai).
4. Chhupa nikah pasandida nahi.
*Quran ko gawah banana* shari’i gawahon ki jagah nahi le sakta. Kitaab, insanon ki tarah gawahi nahi de sakti.
Agar nikah sirf phone par ladka aur ladki ne apas mein kiya ho, bagair kisi gawah ya wali ke, aur ghar walon ke bina, to:

Aisa nikah *shar’an ghalat aur baatil* hai. Yeh na sirf ghair shari’i hai, balkeh aage jaake nuksan ka sabab bhi ban sakta hai.
