Darul Ummah Islamic Institute presents the following rules and guidelines for all students. These rules are made to maintain discipline, improve the quality of learning, and fulfill our purpose of serving Deen.
📌 Basic Rules
1. Official Group Joining
All students must join the official academy group where notifications, updates, and announcements are shared.
2. Class Attendance & Consistency
Students must attend classes regularly. Missing classes without valid reason is not acceptable.
3. Communication Responsibility
Students must inform the teacher or admin in case of any issue. Staying silent or not responding is not allowed.
4. Leaving Class Without Reason
Joining and leaving classes without informing is against discipline.
5. Class Environment & Discipline
All students must keep their microphones ON during class for better interaction.
Classes should be attended in a quiet place without noise or disturbance.
6. Intention & Purpose
This academy is for the service of Deen. We follow Deen, not the other way around. Maintain sincerity in learning.

7. Punctuality (On-Time Joining)
Students must join classes on time. Late joining disturbs the learning process.
8. Respect in Class
Respect teachers and fellow students at all times. Misbehavior is strictly prohibited.
9. Proper Name & Identity
Students must join with their real names. Fake or unclear names are not allowed.
10. No Recording or Sharing Without Permission
Recording or sharing class content without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Focus During Class
Avoid distractions such as social media or unnecessary mobile use during class.
12. Assignment & Homework Responsibility
Complete all assignments and tasks on time.
13. Serious Commitment Policy
Only serious students should remain enrolled. Casual behavior is discouraged.
📌 Discipline & Behavior Rules
14. Mobile Usage During Class
Use mobile only for educational purposes during class.
15. Background Silence Required
Ensure a quiet environment during class. Avoid all types of background noise.
16. Camera / Presence Requirement (If Applicable)
Students must ensure presence when required (camera ON or verbal response).
17. Discipline Violation Policy
Repeated rule violations may lead to warnings or removal from class.
18. Respect for Islamic Environment
Maintain Islamic manners, respect, and good character at all times.
19. Checking Group Notifications
Students must regularly check updates and announcements.
20. Serious Attitude Towards Deen
This is a responsibility towards Deen, not just a normal course.
📌 Advanced Discipline Rules
21. No Disruptive Behavior
Do not interrupt or disturb the class in any way.
22. Attendance Responsibility
Students are personally responsible for their regular attendance.
23. Seriousness in Learning
Take every lesson seriously for your own progress.
24. No Misuse of Group or Platform
Use official platforms only for educational purposes.
25. Timely Response to Instructions
Follow all instructions from teachers/admins promptly.
26. Continuous Improvement Effort
Always strive to improve your learning, discipline, and behavior.
27. Intention (Niyyah) Reminder
Renew your intention for the sake of Allah and beneficial knowledge.
