One question: Using stolen electricity in a mosque and who will be held responsible for it?

Using stolen electricity in a mosque and who will be held responsible for it?

English:

*Q1: How is using stolen electricity in a mosque?*

Using stolen electricity is considered *haram* (forbidden) in Islam because it involves theft and dishonesty.

*Q2: If stolen electricity is used in a mosque, who is responsible? The custodian (mutawalli), the imam, or the worshippers?*

The responsibility primarily lies with the person who authorizes or facilitates the theft. This can be the custodian, imam, or anyone involved. All are accountable for allowing or ignoring the theft.

*Q3: Is performing ablution (wudu) with water obtained through stolen electricity, using fans, or praying under lights powered by stolen electricity valid?*

From a religious perspective, *wudu and prayer are valid* as long as the water is pure and the actions are performed correctly. However, using stolen electricity is sinful, so it should be avoided and corrected.

Roman Urdu:

*Sawal 1: Masjid mein chori ki light istemal karna kaisa hai?*

Chori ki bijli istemal karna Islam mein haram hai kyun ke yeh chori aur be-imani hai.

*Sawal 2: Agar masjid mein chori ki light chal rahi ho to zimmedar kon hoga?

Deeni tor par wudu aur namaz durust hain bas shart yeh hai ke paani paak ho aur wudu sahi tareeqe se kiya jaye. Lekin chori ki bijli ka istemal gunah hai, isay chhorna chahiye.
