Ruling on Nikah after Zina
Zina is a very evil act both by shariah and intellect, therefore the pure shariah has declared it strictly haram. Rather, it has also declared haram kissing, looking with lust, immodesty etc which are causes of zina.
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَا إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا
Translation: Do not even go near zina. Without doubt it is a great indecency and an evil way. Surah bani israil, 32
If this haram act of zina is committed by a girl, the ruling of shariah is that the ruler of the time gives the punishment of lashes and both should also do taubah.
If due to absence of an islamic government or the law not being enforced in the country, or if the law is enforced and the punishment of lashes has been given, and afterwards both want to marry each other, then sharan it is permitted. Rather, even if pregnancy occurred due to zina, it is still permissible for the zaani to marry his mazina in the state of pregnancy.
Nikah with someone else's mazina is also permissible in the state of pregnancy, but intimacy is not permissible until delivery.
Whereas in the case of nikah with one's own mazina, intimacy is permissible even before delivery.
Nikah is haram and invalid with the daughter of the woman with whom zina was committed or unlawful kissing occurred, whether the girl is from the zaani's sperm or not. Now if the zaani person keeps the mazina's daughter as a wife, he will still be called a zaani.

Nikah is haram with the mother of the woman with whom zina was committed or unlawful kissing occurred.
Because due to zina, hurmat-e-musahrat is established, meaning for the zaani, the mazina's daughter, granddaughter etc and mazina's mother, grandmother etc become haram, and for the mazina, the zaani's father or son, nikah with all of them becomes haram. Hindiya, 1/275
