At Darul Ummah Islamic Institute, we aim to provide quality Islamic education with sincerity and dedication. We request all students and parents to carefully read and understand our admission policy before enrolling in any course.
Admission & Fee Policy
Once a student takes admission in any course at our institute, the admission will be considered final and confirmed.
If a student decides to cancel their admission after enrolling, please note clearly:
👉 Admission cannot be cancelled
👉 Admission fees are strictly non-refundable
Reason for Non-Refund Policy
- The admission fee is taken with the understanding that it is a contribution/donation towards the institute and its educational efforts.
- From an Islamic perspective, when something is given with the intention of Sadaqah (charity), it is not appropriate to take it back.
- In general practice, educational institutions do not return fees once admission has been taken, regardless of whether the student continues or not.
Student Responsibility
We expect every student to be responsible and sincere towards their learning:
- Attending classes regularly is the student’s own responsibility.
- The institute cannot force any student to attend classes.
- If a student is absent, they must inform the administration in advance.
- Continuous absence for more than a few days may result in removal from the course/group.
Final Note
We kindly request all students and parents to take admission only after full consideration and commitment. Once enrolled, all policies will be applied strictly, and no exceptions will be made regarding fee refunds or admission cancellation.
May Allah ﷻ grant us sincerity in seeking and spreading knowledge.
